It is totally worth it. I honestly can't remember the last time my wife or me bought a bottle of BBQ sauce or Salad Dressing. Once you go homemade you will never go back. As I really, really don't like most storebought BBQ sauces (they all taste like artificial smoke) I'd recommend making your own.
