- 3 cloves garlic, minced.
- 3 10oz bags frozen chopped spinach.
- 16 oz mascarpone.
- ⅓ cup sour cream.
- 2 tbl dijon mustard.
- 1 cup freshly grated parmesan (1/4 cup of this will be for topping)
