What sauce do you get at Hibachi?
Homemade hibachi sauce, or yum yum sauce, is the star of this meal, and it's soo easy to make! It kind of tastes like fry sauce with a twist, and you can dip your meat and veggies in it. Mix all ingredients together and whisk until well combined. Refrigerate overnight or at least for 8 hours prior to serving.

I use two types of oils. Vegetable oil and sesame oil. The sesame oil is used mainly for flavor which is why it is added in at the same time as the soy sauce and other flavoring agents. It adds that Hibachi flavor I'm used to from the restaurant.
