If you're a peanut lover, this salad dressing is for you! It's a healthy salad dressing that gets its creaminess from peanut butter so it is 100% dairy-free. Lime juice, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil give it a flavor that is reminiscent of a Thai peanut salad dressing.
