Are potstickers unhealthy?
Although Potstickers are delicious, are they healthy? Potstickers are a food that consists mostly of carbs and fats so it can be difficult to fit into a healthy and balanced diet. Although there is usually pork in potstickers, the amount of protein is low and does not offer enough to fit a good ratio of macronutrients.

Gyoza (餃子, gyōza) are dumplings filled with ground meat and vegetables and wrapped in a thin dough. Also known as pot stickers, gyoza originated in China (where they are called jiaozi), but have become a very popular dish in Japan.
What are round dumplings called?
Sometimes called "soup dumplings," xiao long bao are a round, purse-shaped dumpling made of a relatively thick (thicker and doughier than jiaozi, for instance) wheat wrapper, which is crimped on the top. Although it's called a soup dumpling, xiao long bao are not actually filled with soup.

What's the difference between gyoza and dumplings?
The difference between gyoza and Chinese dumplings is the filling. In Japan, gyozas are typically filled with ground pork, cabbage, chives, green onion, ginger, garlic, soy sauce and sesame oil but very fine in texture. The gyoza wrappers tend to be thinner and the gyoza itself is smaller but longer than jiaozi.
Is dim sum and dumplings the same?
They're basically one and the same thing. Small, bite-sized food portions either wrapped in thin rice/flour sheets or not. Usually served steamed in bamboo baskets. Dumplings are just a particular dish of dim sum, and dim sum is refer to as the variety of dishes.
