Do big lobsters taste good?
While some lobster aficionados believe the smaller lobsters are sweeter and more tender, we strongly disagree. You'll get a lot of sweet meat out of a two, three—even a six pound lobster.
Can you eat lobster with shell disease?
Lobsters with shell disease are usually either discarded or if abundant they are sent to the cannery. Since the lesions are only on the cuticle, the meat is perfectly fine.
