I usually like using orange juice in my smoothies, but mango juice, pineapple juice, apple juice, or any other juice will work, the possibilities are endless. You can also use milk or almond milk or even water if you have nothing else, but the juice helps to keep the smoothie extra sweet.

Yes if you juice you're lose a lot of the fiber which is why smoothies are best because they can fill you up easily and enhance the digestive process, especially since you don't have to chew. And you can pack in a lot more greens/fruit in a smoothie, versus eating a salad and fruit.

Smoothies can make a very healthy breakfast—it's all about the ingredients and keeping reasonable portions. When following these parameters, it is okay to have a smoothie for breakfast every day. Super healthy breakfast smoothies are quick and easy to make, and of course, they are delicious too!
Are Naked Smoothies good for you?
Despite containing no added sugar, preservatives, or artificial flavors, Naked Juice drinks are still high-calorie, high-sugar beverages. Though they may provide antioxidants and some vitamins and minerals, they're low in fiber and may lead to weight gain over time.
