The Brazilian Alcatra (top sirloin) was our favorite, followed by (in no particular order) the flank stank, filet mignon wrapped in bacon, Brazilian sausage, herb-marinated pork loin and chicken breast wrapped in bacon.

Does it matter if it's two cards? No, it doesn't matter. When you go to Texas de Brazil, if you spend more than $50 (which you will for two or more people), just give them both cards. You'll use up the one card and they'll take off whatever amount you owe from the second card.

Is working at Fogo de Chao worth it?I enjoyed this work environment. Overall the company was good to employees until an entire department was outsourced. After that job security was unstable but during my entire time at Fogo it was a good, fun environment. Management tends to favor the people that look just like them or the people who are Brazilian.
