To me, there is a HUGE difference between "hot dog chili" and normal chili. In this region of WV, hot dog "sauce" has no beans, is much thinner, and sweeter. Chili you eat out of bowl is very viscus here. Hot dog sauce has a much finer texture because the ground beef is boiled, never browned.
